Sunday Dinner

Today for dinner I made a spiced brown rice, which had spices like cardamom, cloves, peppercorns and safflower in it. The sautéed Tofu dish was spiced with Bragg's Amino Liquid, hot chili sauce, nutritional yeast and had steamed broccoli, sautéed onions and fresh pressed garlic mixed into it. Along side I steamed artichokes. To top it off I prepared a nice mixed salad with things from my garden and from the Farmers Market we went to today: arugula, purple butter salad and other salad leaves I don't know the name of, persimmons, green onions, chives, mint, sage, ginger, onions on a balsamic-lemon-olive vinaigrette.
