Serves: A batch of cookies Prep time: 180 minutes Cook time: 5 minutes Ingredients 1 cup Sugar 250g ground almonds 1 pinch Cinnamon 2 tbsp Flour 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten 180g dark chocolate, melted Instructions Mix the sugar, ground almonds, cinnamon, and flour. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Add and mix in the melted dark chocolate. Roll the dough out to 5 mm thickness on a sugared surface. Cut out shapes. Let the cut-out cookies dry for a few hours. Bake for 5 minutes at 460°F (approximately 238°C) in the middle of the oven.
