This is another traditional Christmas cookie we love, which is distinctively flavored with anise seeds. The simple dough is shaped into small, cut pieces and then left to dry overnight. Finally, they are baked at a low temperature for a short period.

4 eggs, beaten
2 3/4 cup powder sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 tablespoons anise seeds
4 cups or more flour
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together to make a nice dough.
On a floured surface, roll a handful of dough into a finger-thick roll and then cut it into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Make three half cuts into each piece and bend it slightly.
Put the cookies on a greased baking sheet and let the cookies dry overnight.
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes on the bottom part of your oven.
